Q1: Does the ADM3053 support CAN FD?
The transceiver section of the ADM3053 is still designed according to
the classic CAN (up to 1 Mbps) specification. Although it may be possible to try using CAN FD at lower rates (such as 500 kbps data stages) in some applications , this is not officially guaranteed or recommended . For full CAN FD performance, the ADM3055E / ADM3057E series is recommended.
