What is MAX6675ISA+T?
The MAX6675 is a sophisticated thermocouple-to-digital converter. It measures the temperature through the thermocouple and convert analog reading to digital by inbuilt 12-bit ADC. The MAX6675 also contains features like cold-junction compensation sensing and correction, a digital controller, an SPI-compatible interface, and associated control logic. The MAX6675 can be connected to external digital device like microcontroller or computer to utilize measured temperature in further controlling task.

The MAX6675 is an extremely simple to use chip. It only needs the SPI connections and a power supply filter capacitor in addition to the thermocouple. No configuration data needs to be sent to the MAX6675. It can be used to measure temperature of various device. It can also be used to measure ambient temperature.
How MAX6675ISA+T work?
As show in Fig.4 MAX6675 can be used with Arduino UNO to measure temperature and transfer it through COM port. As shown in Fig. 3 digital outputs are defined as SD/SCK and .
