    It is actually accessing the Internet through a wireless AP.WiFi needs to be used in conjunction with wired broadband access technologies (DSL, LAN, etc.).After the wired broadband access is connected to the home, it is connected to an AP. Users can wirelessly access the Internet at home by installing a wireless network card in one or more computers.
