What are the characteristics of logic analyzers and oscilloscopes?

    Answer

Logic analyzers have similarities and differences to oscilloscopes. In order to better understand the different applications of these two instruments, it is necessary to compare the two.
The two work in a similar way: the horizontal axis represents the time of the data, and the vertical axis represents the voltage amplitude of the data.Logic analyzers are especially useful when looking at the temporal relationship of the bus (microprocessor’s address, data, or control bus), which can decode the microprocessor bus information in a more meaningful and intuitive way.If you need parametric information, such as to measure voltage, you should use an oscilloscope.
