    What is critical mode work?

    *
    Answer

The critical mode is a variable-current current-type switching circuit. The external N-channel MOSFET is turned on, and the inductor current increases until the VC terminal control current limit is reached.

After the external MOSFET is turned off, the voltage on the drain of the MOSFET rises to the output voltage multiplied byWhen the transformer has one or two turns ratio plus the input voltage.
