What problems are sometimes encountered during the use of the waterfall model?

    Answer

    (1) Actual projects are rarely carried out in the order given by the model.Although linear models can allow iterations, they are indirect.Changes in the project development process can cause confusion.Big errors can only be catastrophic if they are not discovered until the running program is checked.(4) Developers’ time is often unnecessarily delayed. In real projects, the linear nature of the waterfall model may result in a “blocking state”, and some project team members have to wait for other members of the group to complete their dependent tasks first.
