    Answer

Thyristor is the abbreviation of Thyristor. It is called a thyristor. It is a high-power switching semiconductor device. It is represented by the words “V” and “VT” in the circuit (the letters used in the old standard).”SCR” means).(1) Classification of thyristors according to shutdown, conduction and control methods can be divided into ordinary thyristors, bidirectional thyristors, reverse thyristors, gate turn-off thyristors (GTO), BTG thyristors, and temperature according to their turn-off, conduction and control modes.Control thyristors and light-controlled thyristors and many other.Among them, the metal package thyristor is further divided into a bolt shape, a flat plate shape, a round shell shape and the like; the plastic sealing thyristor is further divided into a heat sink type and a heat sink type.(IV) According to the current capacity classification, the thyristor can be divided into three types: high-power thyristor, medium-power thyristor and low-power thyristor according to current capacity.
